Why I Run

Simple Vegan Bolognese

Everyone loves a good Bolognese. Just because I’m vegan it doesn’t mean I don’t get to enjoy it! For this recipe I am using soya mince which you can get from most supermarkets, I got mine from Asda (remember to check the label to ensure vegan). Also I add carrots and mushrooms to mine but feel free to add any other veg you want e.g. celery for any celery lovers (definitely not me). This recipe is so easy....
